What is HR Certification?
HR certification is an instrument suited to bridging the gap between training and specific IT requisites. With certification, individuals can offer evidence of their suitability to a task, based on widely recognized qualifications. This eases modern strategic HR planning in the open source world by creating internationally recognized and comparable assessments, ultimately offering more certainty, trust and transparency.
OSBF HR Certification ICT Project Objectives
Founded in December 2009, the main aim of the OSBF HR Certification project is to offer a platform for the multitude of IT certification providers to promote exchange and represent their common interests in Europe. Additionally, the project will work towards generally accepted quality standards for the diverse IT certification programs. Furthermore, the project group intends to develop new open source HR certification offerings. Interested certification providers and companies are welcome to actively participate in this OSBF project.
